Representatives from Altex, the largest milling company in Mexico, have been at Cigi since Wednesday this week learning about the quality of the 2012 western Canadian wheat crop.  The high quality and consistency of Canadian wheat has been demonstrated during hands-on technical sessions in Cigi’s facilities.  The group spent Thursday afternoon in the pilot bakery.
