The Canadian Pulse Research Workshop is the biennial meeting of pulse researchers in Canada. Building on the success of the previous meetings, the 9th Canadian Pulse Research Workshop in Niagara Falls, Ontario in November brought together pulse researchers from different disciplines to present their latest results within many areas of research. Cigi represented the area of novel uses for pulses and health and nutrition.
