CAAP Project__Peas_Flour150723_02Cigi has over a decade of experience investigating and evaluating the processing and end use characteristics of Canadian pulses. Through its work on a number of PULSEprojects in collaboration with industry partners, Cigi is at the forefront in developing knowledge and expertise in pulse milling and the utilization of pulse flour and ingredients in foods such as pasta, noodles, baked products, and extruded snacks and cereals.
